Before we approach specific meditation techniques or practice meditation, we must take a step back and ask: What is meditation?

During this inspiring evening, Shai Tubali, philosopher, chakra expert, and internationally-published author invites you to explore collectively what true meditation is, and how the art of meditation can become the basis for a holistic and complete life. True meditation is not a technique that we practice or an exercise we do in order to be relaxed. It is an art form – a state of consciousness and a way of living.

In the evening Shai will share the important distinctions between the state of meditation and meditation techniques, between different types of silence, and between the brain, mind, and consciousness. The evening is an introduction evening to a workshop about meditation with Shai Tubali that will take place in August 2020.

About the talk

The talk is a combination between a clear and a structured explanation about the different states of consciousness and mind activity, supported with a deep and meditation-intense atmosphere. During the evening you will be inspired to pave the way to an effortless and natural inner silence.

The evening will include a special guided meditation and you will be able to practise the state of meditation already while listening.

The evening will conclude with time for questions and answers.

The evening is suitable for experienced meditators and beginners.

Satsang is the ultimate spiritual practice, far more significant than any meditation. It essentially replaces the temples and cathedrals of the past, as it signifies the shift from external temples to the internal temple; a new human understanding that the eternal is not to be worshipped but to be silently known within oneself.

Shai Tubali

Shai Tubali has been an internationally-renowned speaker, author, and spiritual teacher since 2000. He has dedicated his life to helping others understand and realize themselves on all levels of existence.

He has now established the new international Human Greatness Center: a model of a holistic way of life in light of the chakras, which also introduces the many therapeutic and meditative methods he has developed. His dream is to turn this knowledge of integral life into alternative models of the school system.
